RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Return and Exchange of merchandise due to product defect (Applicable to merchandise sent by parcel service).

a) If the package has been received satisfactorily but the merchandise is damaged, you must send your claim to our company within a period of no more than seven days (after receiving the package).
b) If the company accepts the defect reported in the first instance, the new merchandise will be sent to you.
c) If it does not accept your claim, it will ask you to return the package so that the defect can be verified.
d) The cost of return shipping will be paid by the customer.
e) Once the company receives the returned package and can effectively prove that there was a fault on its part, it will refund the cost of return shipping and resend the merchandise.
f) If the company, upon receiving the package, considers that the reported defect did not warrant a return, it will notify the customer that the return was not accepted. If the customer wishes the merchandise to be sent back, he or she will have to cover the shipping costs incurred.
