RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Return and Exchange of merchandise due to product defect (Applicable to merchandise sent by shipping).
a) If the package was received satisfactorily but the merchandise presents a defect, you must send your claim to our company within a period not exceeding seven days (after receiving the package).b) If the company accepts the reported defect in the first instance, the new merchandise will be resent to you.
c) If your claim is not accepted, you will be asked to return the package in order to verify the defect.
d) The return shipping cost incurred will be paid by the customer.
e) Once the company receives the returned package and can effectively verify that there was a fault on its part, it will reimburse the return shipping cost and resend the merchandise.
f) If the company, upon receiving the package, considers that the reported defect did not merit a return, it will notify the customer that the return was not accepted. If the customer wishes for the merchandise to be resent, they must cover the generated shipping costs.
Conditions
a) It is necessary to prove the purchase with the order number and buyer's identification to make any exchange or return.
b) To make an exchange or return, you have a period of 15 calendar days after the purchase is made. After 15 days have passed, NO exchange or return will be processed.
c) Exchanges or returns are subject to validation of the product's condition and purchase terms.
d) Exchanges or returns are NOT accepted if the product shows signs of having been used, or if it is dirty or damaged.
e) The amount paid for the merchandise will be refunded via the same payment method used for the purchase, and in the same currency.
f) For exchanges or returns due to manufacturing defects: If the product presents a factory defect, you must notify us as soon as possible. You must deliver the defective product with its tags attached (not detached) and in the original packaging.
h) Adhesives or liquid materials cannot be returned, except in the case of an error by Nifty Lash, S.L.
i) Products that are NOT eligible for exchange or return: For safety and hygiene reasons, Nifty Lash, S.L. does not accept returns of these products: Disposable materials (brushes, patches, microbrushes, etc.) and Tweezers.
Order Cancellations
a) You may send a notice to cancel a purchase order, provided you have not yet received your order confirmation.
b) Once the company has sent the order confirmation, no cancellation will be accepted, and no payment will be refunded.
c) In the event that the order cancellation is accepted but a payment deposit has already been made, the corresponding credit note will be generated.
