The user acknowledges and agrees that their order will be processed using the data provided at the time of purchase and will be delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.

Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouses at Josep Ros i Ros 30A Nave 5, 08740 Sant Andreu de la Barca, Spain.

Delivery time will depend on the user's address. All orders are shipped via Express. The order will be delivered within a period of 1 to 3 business days in Spain (Mainland) and Portugal. For international orders, delivery may take 2 to 5 business days (delays may occur in certain areas).

Deliveries will be made during standard delivery hours. If no one is available at the address, a delivery attempt will be made on the following business day.

During specific periods, such as Black Friday, the Christmas season, or other promotional events, orders may experience delays.

For international orders, the user is responsible for paying any potential customs duties or taxes incurred upon entry into the destination country.
