How to use

Apply STEP 1 LIFT BELLA to the lashes and leave for 6 to 16 minutes depending on the hair type. Do not apply directly to the roots or tips. Do not exceed the recommended time. Remove with a dry cotton applicator. For brows, the time may vary between 4 and 16 minutes.
